Evil Knievel Motorcycle toy that you placed on this thing and then it zoomed away doing a wheely! I loved this thing.. got it when I as about five and played with it constantly! It was my favorite toy for a few years... (wishing I could find a picture, but I can't find one...)

That was cool! Didn't you have to crank up the thing or there was a type of pull tab or something?

Yeah... you had to crank it up and then you pulled the tab or pushed the button... I don't remember which this had. And, "ZOOM"... off he'd go!

There were cars like that too. I wish I could remember what they're called.

Super Elastic Bubble Plastic... where you blow this gunk to form a plastic balloon type thing. I've seen a commercial that they've brought this back!

My dad wouldn't let me have this because he said it would cause cancer lol

I played with that stuff a lot! I am going to listen to your dad, however, and not buy them for my kids!

My dad was a smart guy smile I can't imagine that inhaling plastic fumes is good for anyone.
He also wouldn't let me have a Sit 'n Spin because he said it would cause brain dammage.

The bouncy ball that you sat on and bounced around while hanging on to the handle - or not. smile

I loved that thing...I had a Mickey Mouse one smile

I had a rainbow colored one and one with a smiley face on it... lol

My twin sisters had just plain blue ones and we'd all race around the pool on them smile Wow...I haven't thought about that in a long time smile I remember being too little to ride theirs. They were called Hippity-Hops weren't they?

Those one deals where the back of the box was shiny and you had these little things made out of some sort of filmy stuff and you stuck them on the printed image on the box and made scenes... I can't remember the name of these either... I usually ended up losing the filmy things...

Colorforms?

And paper dolls were great! My Holly Hobby ones were my favorite.
Do you remember Fashion Plates? They were engraved plastic plates that you could mix and match to make outfits and then color over them onto a piece of paper.

Yes, I remember Fashion Plates! I got that for Christmas too! Did you bore of it as quickly as I did? lol... They made it look so cool on television!

Sit 'n Spins! I LOVED those! I never had one though and had to play on a friends... My mom and dad had stopped buying me things around that time because I was wasting their money from boring of things as soon as I got them. Thankfully, that torture didn't last long! sad

I don't remember what those balls were called... but, they were a riot!
