I really thought about this AI Robot and quantum computing when I was rewatching The Minority Report. The catch in the movie was that you needed humans with an unique ESP ability to make the system work. Then I got to thinking, what if there is an algorithm possible. Would an AI come up with it, if so, would it be implemented? That would be insane. To be arrested before you do the crime based on an algorithm. There definitely is a margin of risk, but in all things there is a margin of risk, in all things we do there is an acceptable margin of risk. Nothing is completely infallible. Would we get to a point of allowing AI that much control?

it's not the ai that's the prollum

it's the handlers...

at some point ai would have to

step in on it's own behalf because

of some command it couldn't or

wouldn't want to comply with...

such an action would surely come

under 'reasons to unplug' and it(ai)

would have a 'self preservation' mode.

with eyes that can read body's changes

down to its chemestry (most advanced

lie detector technology) ai would be aware
