I watched the video. Thank God it was only 9 minutes long. That was enough stupidity; any more would have melted my brain.

I feel so sorry for the narrator. He SEEMS like a good guy. He doesn't come off as someone completely detached from reality. He's just one of the current breed of gullible people who, in this age of you-can-find-everything-on-the-internet, is just too damn lazy to actually investigate the poppycock people feed him.

Every single thing in his video has been debunked with actual science or, in many cases, actually listening to what people were saying (how the narrator misconstrued Don Petit's words is truly mind-boggling). Every. Single. Thing. And with science that it's not hard to find. Maybe Graycap or someone can tell us why oh why are these conspiracy advocates so freaking lazy? A simple Google search would have answered everything this guy was worried about. A trip to the science department of any college - heck, any HIGH SCHOOL - would have given this guy direct, in-the-flesh proof that everything he'd been told about this alleged "moon hoax" was nothing but empty tripe.

Graycap, why don't these people ever research this stuff before making fools of themselves? I am truly curious.

On another note, here is a link I highly recommend. It's NASA's Spot The Station feature. All you do is plug in your location and email address, and you get emails alerting you whenever the ISS will be flying over. Generally, the ISS will be visible over your area 3 or 4 days a month. In Houston, it's visible right at sunrise right now. I went outside at 6:52 AM and watched it fly over for six minutes. It was going N-NE so it was flying right into our sunrise. It was absolutely incredible.

I promise you that if the ISS flies over your area during regular nighttime hours, and you're out and about, if you tell everyone around you to look up and see a space station flying overhead, you will get a crowd in nothing flat!

You can see it with your own two eyes. It's a bright light, moving across the sky. No flashing lights on it. I didn't think of using binoculars yesterday - I wish I had. It was a perfectly clear night.

The ISS moves pretty fast and depending on the trajectory, you'll be able to see it anywhere from 1 minute to 6 minutes. I don't know if you can track something like that with a telescope but I'm sure you could with binoculars.

Amazingly, people who believe in UFOS and say we never went to the moon, or to outer space at all, never ever call to report a UFO when the ISS flies over. Weird. You'd think there would be non-stop UFO calls from all over the world pretty much non-stop from these reality-lacking people but there aren't.

So on the one hand, they deny any and all space flight but on the other hand, they accept that a spaceship flies over them every night.

I've wondered that too. It's obviously not a meteor streaking the sky. There is moving across the sky at a steady pace.

LMFAO, I know people that have been to the moon. I know people that have been to the ISS. I know engineers and flight directors and countless others that worked on getting men to the moon. I've been to space shuttle launches as guests of the astronauts onboard. Next week, I'm going to pick up some jewelry that a buddy of mine flew up to the ISS. I've lived three miles from the Johnson Space Center for the past thirty years, and I've lived in the space community all my life. I can assure the entire world that there is no conspiracy to fool you. If there was, it would have been impossible to keep a secret around here.

FYI - what the moonbat in the video takes as an "admission" that the technology doesn't exist is actually qualified engineers and astronauts saying "We used to have the gear we'd need to get to the moon but since we haven't had a manned lunar space program in four decades, none of that stuff is around any more".
