not sure that it is new. I know they have used Purple Alert days for ozone days that is a higher risk than RED "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!" |

Not new at all. Purple and red have been used for harsher storm cells and activity. It's just really rare that it's that bad and needs to be used. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |
