I compare it to my home: North bay: arts galore, vineyards, mountains to hike, beautiful rocky beaches with caves full of starfish, lakes, the Russian River, Cloverdale, near SF, redwoods, my family, friends, and there's so much more to do. Cali. is perfect except for four things
Earthquakes-but every place has something. Texas has tornados and hurricanes Expensive-Texas more reasonable unless around Dallas Crowded-Texas def. has more wide open spaces (miles and miles of miles and miles) Pollution-In Cali. I had to stop swimming in the ocean cause it was too funky by the coast. Texas has- HIGH humidity OR it's dry as hell (depending on where you are) LOTS of bugs and snakes Cali. - faster pace Texas - slower pace Just my  I'm firmly planted in denial |
