I have definitely heard of OJIBWE. My family has had a few cabins in Northern Wisconsin for about 30 years now and our property is right on the edge of Lac Du Flambeau Indian Reservation. Many of our neighbors obviously are Native Americans and we have known them for years. They told us many years ago that they were from the Ojibwa tribe and jokingly said not to refer to them as Chippewa (mainly so they can laugh when we tried to pronounce Ojibwa). They are very cool people and are considered family since we've known them for so long.
