A leader

What are the qualities of a good leader to you? To me a good leader makes me feel they would never have me do something that they wouldn't do.

A leader is someone who sets a good example and goes out of their way to teach someone right from wrong.

a good leader is someone who is able to be led by knowledge, even if that knowledge comes from someone else because a good leader isn't full of pride.

The best leaders are those who awaken people to the leader within themselves thus rendering "leaders" unnecessary.

Jesus said in the Bible that all that came before him were robbers and thieves... because he came to awaken people to the Voice and Spirit of God present within themselves, that they would not need any one else to bring them leadership.

Throughout history, that Voice and Spirit has sometimes spoken loudest in exemplary individuals with talent and skill... and the masses of the people have a tendency to elevate those persons and treat them as gods.

Fake leaders (robbers and thieves) will take the adulation as their own and keep the people captive to their "leadership" while REAL leaders will teach the people how to access that same Power from within themselves.

The best leader then, will work him/herself out of his/her job of leadership.
