:the San Francisco 49'ers - because head coach Bill Walsh purposefully integrated his coaching staff
back in the 80s

:the Pittsburgh Steelers - because of the Rooney Rule which requires clubs to interview minorities
for head coaching and front office positions

Dan Rooney, who introduced said rule, passed away today, so requiescat in pace, for any white man
who intentionally looks out for me is golden in my book.
