I've been coming to the org for quit sometimes and the one thing I've notice is how cliquely this place can be at times. It's easy to talk ish when you have someone to back you up, and sometimes some people just talk it all because they know they can get away with it, but I on the other hand have always been able to handle my own, even in reality this is the reason why I've stand on my own. I see myself more as a leader then a follwer. I could never be over shadowed by someone's else will (you can stick up for me if you want too, don't mind ) but what I'm saying is ,I've been this day since day one and don't plain to change.
