Everyone can kiss my ass. I got $150 back from Federal but I owe $926 in state.
I got a $20,000 relocation package ($34,000 altogether including taxes) from my company when we moved... hundreds around the state got it as well. WELL, the home state where they cut these checks (Illinois) is a bit less inflated than California to say the least. They undercalculated and now we're all hurting. I remember HR promising me there wouldn't be this problem. I kicked and screamed, but they say there's nothing they can do. Please, somebody, let me cry on your shoulder. I also have $600 due in cellphone charges (this is three months worth with late charges attached) and I can't afford it. I'm never this irresponsible, but things have been getting out of hand... I don't know what I'm going to do. I won't even mention my $437 car payments and $210 insurance payments. I had to drop my second job because I was injured on my first... IS THERE A GOD?!
