(NBA) Boogie & the Brow are Now Together

Pelicans trade Tyreke Evans, Buddy Heild, Langston Galloway (along with drsft picks) to the Kings for Cousins & Omar Casspi. Wow - talk about getting fleeced! Kings & Knicks are running neck-&-neck for the most inept franchises.

Can't wait to see how those two mesh.

This could be big for both of them. If all goes well, Davis may finally have the freedom Tim Duncan did most of his career by playing at the 4, and develop accordingly. On the flip side, as Davis' outside game continues to improve, Boogie could be freed up tremendously to put in big work in the pivot.

If they jell, the 1st round NO-GS series could be really entertaining.

In order for this trade to "be big", Cousins would have to be coached by a guy who is willing to
stand up to him with a roster of veterans with rings who would not tolerate his bullshit.

This is one of the more intriguing NBA seasons of recent memory!

Divac didn't get any picks in this deal, WTF?

He doesn't even know himself. When he came out and said that they had a better deal on the table 2 days ago than the one they actually agreed to... confuse Why even tell the media that? Hopefully this will benefit Boogie. He needed to get out of Sacramento anyway. I know he was trying to get his money and all, but perhaps peace of mind is better...even if the move wasn't voluntary.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Is Cousins a good guy to have on a team? I don't know much about him but what I have read isn't good. Maybe Vlade Divacs felt addition by subtraction was the best way to go.

Speaking of subtraction, at least one good thing happened in this trade:

Matt Barnes got released. What a POS Barnes is. I hope no one picks him up, except for the police.

To be fair to Divac, the word is Boogie's agent sabotaged prior deals by telling potential trade partners Boogie wouldn't re-up with them if they got him.

Supposedly, the T'Wolves are interested in a Derrick Rose for Ricky Rubio swap.

I'm like, whatever. Knicks are better off going to the lottery anyway.

This is for missfee. A video game starring Draymond Green, built around basketball and karate kicks to the nuts! Awesome!

Basketball's biggest pussy, Draymond Green, tried to kick another dude last night. Pussy Green missed the nuts but got the face.

It's hard to understand why a guy as big and strong as Green is such a pussy. Maybe he had some older sisters that made fun of him, I don't know. At any rate, he's the biggest pussy I've ever seen in the NBA. Here's his latest exploits:

Do that shit back in the day with Maurice Lucas, Dave Cowens, Paul Silas, Charles Oakley or Rick Mahorn and see what happens....

and the rest of the Pelicans roster is d-league level talent... including Alvin Gentry, who has coached like 2 winning seasons in over a decade...Cousins has Patrick Ewing talent, but at any moment it seems you might turn on the TV and see breaking news that DeMarcus Cousins has murdered someone...the Pelicans better get a stud point guard, an upgrade at coach, a 3 pt specialist wing-man, and hope Cousins keeps his nose relatively clean...

Knicks cut Brandon Jennings, and Noah is out for the season. Great job giving him a 4 year/$72 mil contract, Phil.

Besides the fact that Noah stole 72 million from James Dolan, via Phil Jackson, the Knicks are better with him out...Hernangomez and O'Quinn have been outplaying Noah from day 1... now they can both get consistent minutes

Shit, Phil Jackson stole millions from Dolan too. Pat Riley shits on Jackson as an executive.

Unlike Phil, Riles knows when he's got to rebuild and when he's got to reload. Phil has tried to do both at the same time with predictable results.
