Your Mail or Gifts Sent Back From USPS!!! Return 2 Sender 2xs Should the receiver be upset with you or the sender be upset with the Mail Carrier or the post office or other??? |

The USPS doesn't send back anything unless it's undeliverable, which usually means the address is completely incorrect.
If it's the person to whom you are mailing it that is sending it back, then for some reason they don't want it.
But the USPS doesn't decide on their own to send something back. |

Lol Shhhhttt I know that much I didn't bring the address twice with me to keep mailing back the same card or Gifts out to the address i didn't bring with me so like i said I work n the timing is hectic to go back n return n get the address to send the card or gift to that person and they mad at you about after you explain 2 them and apologizes them as well.... |

Undeliverable could also mean a signature was needed upon delivery and there was no one home during all three delivery attempts to sign for the package. After the third failed delivery attempt, the package automatically gets returned to the sender.
It would be nice if after the third attempt the package was held at a UPS center for a few days to give the recipient a chance to pick it up there like USPS does before sending it back.

Well if it does but why is that receiver still upset over an Christmas Card if I attempted to send back twice its January 27 2017 you still a mad chatter over it saying people are FAKE BECAUSE OF A CARD DIDN'T MAKE TO YOUR ADDRESS oh Snap buttons got stuck do need to get mad at me constantly? |
