Why do females go against other females?
If a woman is doing good for herself with a education and she's single, free and happy,plus popular amonst the men, why is it another female always gotta find a insecurity within herself and be jealous of someone else, just because she lacking in the deparment the other girl has ? You know this kills me, I swear a man can stab another man in the back for no reason at all and they will still be friends, but if it was two females ... dayum... they won't even be talking for yrs over some stupid ish, like fighting over a man who ain't no good in the first place. this is why when I can I complemnet a woman if she's doing bad by herself, Naw it ain't gay, it's just I'm getting real tired of dingy women who has nothing going for themselves except a needy personality , 2 many hung up's and way to many dayum insecurites...

Now here's one I can identify with. I'm dating an ex-boss at work, and I'm getting a lot of slack with the ladies here in the office. It seems like whomever finds out automatically has to give me the cold shoulder, and mega-icy stares. I'm still the same old me... I would never do that to someone here. It doesn't help that I'm the youngest adjuster, either. Guys are still cool with me, but all of a sudden the entire female gender (over 200 ladies, mmkay?) is gossiping and making a huge circus out of this.

We're forced to practically ignore each other at work for the time being. I know we hold most of the responsibility and should expect some negativity and opinions, but nothing this extreme. It's a pain in the ass.

One person finds out, 380 people know about it.

People who think others are jealous of them suffer from accute insecurites. Self esteem issues cause this kind of overcompensation for feelings of low self worth. Women pass this behavior on to each other as a result of a lack of proper character 'modeling'. This cycle is passed down from generation to generation ad infinitum.

It's an issue of ignorance.
