So you know we shouldn't be moderators. I could see someone trying to argue a point and getting smart with me.
I would take them to task publicly, then delete their account on the spot. And if the other orgers didn't laugh at my jokes, or didn't agree with my point. They would get probabtion, which would probably lead to termination.
