Some watching TBBT and knows how to download from netflix?

Hello all of you smile
I was wondering if someone in this forum also loves watching The Big Bang Theory? I think it's very funny and good entertainment, when coming home from a stressful day. Of course there are more good series, also with deeper and more interesting plots, but tbbt is just perfect for relaxing and eat something while watching something stupid, what do you guys think?

Ah and I also have something of an issue here, so I recently decided to join Netflix, because it has a lot of good series and movies, and thought that you can download series from it to watch it offline. But apparently that's only avaliable for smartphones and TV, but not for my laptop. I don't have a TV and am always watching on my laptop which I always carrying with me, so I though about watching 1-2 series while sitting in the metro.

So I thought there are certainly a lot of other guys around who maybe figured out how you can download from netflix and save on your laptop. Would be great, thanks smile

biggrin Sheldon is pure fun, I also love to watch it, but since I'm living in the states it is not avaliable with my netflix account sad (I really hope they change this otherwise I need to switch to an other streaming service)

There are some ways to download from netflix, but it also depend on how you're knowledge on computers are. But also, I rember reading something that there is a netflix app for windows 8, but you propably have windows 10.

Netflix lets you download content now on your smart devices, so you can watch offline. I think the OP was asking if there was another way to do that, if a smart device wasn't the main way of watching (ie: laptop).

To the OP: Find info about Torrents. You could download stuff that way anyway, and keep them stored locally to watch. Torrents are pretty easy.

For me, TBBT is the same joke over and over and over and over and over and over and over. It's only funny the first 127 times. I personally cannot stand the show; it grates on my nerves like fingernails on a chalkboard. But, to each his own.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

You can stream TBBT on Netflix? I thought you had to get the DVDs? Some of the shows are like that especially the more popular ones, like GoT and such.

SCREW NETFLIX!!!

Last night, I decided to cozy up in bed and watch the ONLY thing Netflix has that's worth watching, which is "Real Husbands of Hollywood" (allegedly they also have "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" but I'll be danged if I can find more than one episode).

I click the FUN button and get an error message that I don't have the right gizmos on my computer to watch Netflix! WHAT THE F?!?! I JUST WATCHED STUFF ON IT LAST WEEK!

I hate Netflix. They are my sworn enemy, much like Wil Wheaton was Sheldon's sworn enemy for a season or two. Netflix is the Wil Wheaton of websites.

Netflix has had some bombs lately, i keep cancelling my membership then renewing lol

the new 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' will be there soon, the 17th? i'm holding out for that THEN i'll cancel. Amazon.com has great streaming options, many more BBC offerings, etc. plus, if you don't find what you want through prime membership, you can pay-per-view it. i wish Netflix had single pay-per-view-options like Amazon....

ah. llook at me. i feel like a spoiled American right now, thinking of movies when there are freezing migrants without ANY streaming movies, not to mention food, shelter, warmth... confused

It's available now. My son gave me the hour by hour countdown last night since it was due at midnight. Even after all these years he LOVES the Lemony Snicket series.

Yeah Netflix does have a lot of movies & tv shows but a lot of them are only available thru dvd only, like TBBT and Porky's. But I'm sure they don't have everything. And change is inevitable so I'll enjoy it until it changes too much.

update: A Series of Unfortunate Events

love it! Neil Patrick Harris is his usual genius self, producing and starring in this series. the storyline in the Netflix series differs from the book and first movie, but Harris still does anm excellent job. Patrick Warburton as narrator (loved him in The Tick) excels. definitely binge-worthy!

I got interested more when I saw NPH, but I didn't binge it this weekend, will watch a bit thru the week. My son did he loves it. I'm thrilled for him, he's was nutty for that book series as a kid.

To be honest, I'm not a really big fan of TBBT. Yeah okay especially Sheldon is a funny and well played character, but I don't know, at latest after 2 episodes im getting annoyed by this super intellectual jokes and fast talking dialoges.

To your second subject:

Do you already heard about video streaming recorder?

But instead of downloading they record your PC sreen.

What a friend of mine is using is for instance audials Moviebox.

http://audials.com/en/how...tflix.html

It is compatible with any formats for PC, games console, smartphone and tablet and not just for android and iOS devices like the offline function of Netflix provides.

If you want to try out before purchasing, there is also a free demo verion you can download.

You can do that with Quicktime. It's easier to download a file in a fraction of the time, via torrent, than letting something completely play and doing a screen capture.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.
