Well, if you wanna be cheap (heh..lol), you can either click on the "emoticons" link to the left of your response window...or you can click "respond with quote" on any post which features an animated emoticon, and then see the url of the emoticon, which should pretty much show the site the animated gif resides on...

2nd: go to it's properties
3rd: highlight, copy, and paste the url (up to the part where it says .net or .com or whateva) into the address search on your toolbar.
4th: click go and you'll be magically transported to the site where the little guys came from.
