My thoughts exactly. I'll give it another few episodes but unless it really grabs my attention I think I'll just leave it be and watch the movie again instead.

I liked the 2nd episode more than the first. So cool to see all these great actors together, such a treat.

Oh I'm fine. It's my opinion. I don't really care for the show. Has nothing to do with not liking Westerns.

I love that so far the series takes its time and is very smart--like the movies Blade Runner and Ex Machina which are also sci-fi favorites of mine about artificial life. It won't appeal to everyone for sure.

SPOILER Warning about episode 3.

The third episode was just there for me, but I see where it's headed. So, Is the human that scalped the "robot" (AL) aka the man in black really the other original founder Arnold that we are told is dead but might not be dead? Just a thought.

Yuuup with sprinkles of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I think its been great so far, I have always like Anthony Hopkins and Ed Harris........but Evan Rachel Woods is amazing as Delores (she was also great in Mildred Pierce nod), got chills when she quotes Shakesphere's "These violent delights have violents ends" to Maeve. Plus there is Hemsworth brother in the show, Luke and he is easy on the eye biggrin

Do you think he wants them to feel all the same emotions as humans, so, he can get off by doing the horrible things he does?

Or maybe wants to get even with his partner Dr Ford (if he is indeed Arnold), because of their differing opinion about the park etc and the fall out they had.

I'm only on episode 2, but this is my guess about the man in black. He's not satisfied with the scripted "reality" there anymore and needs more. It'll probably end up being a lot deeper than that though.

I LOVE this show already. I wish there were more episodes up, since I have HBO for a week

If you will, so will I

Thanks, I will check this one out. Also Practical Magic (1998) where she plays Sandra Bullock daughter, just in time for Halloween biggrin I haven't watched it in ages.

This show keeps getting better. I may just have to sign up for HBO Go.. Last night's episode was the best yet I think. I'm so anxious to find out more about Arnold and how he relates to the man in black. Also, I kind of missed what was going on with the man reprogamming(?) the bird. What was that?

If you will, so will I
