I've been watching "Tyrant" on FX since 2014 and in all honesty, it should've been cancelled after season 1. Surprisingly, season 2 wasn't bad, but the show is now at the end of season 3 and can I say that it DEFINITELY needs to be cancelled now. S3 was just too stupid for words.

There will be one more season. What a great moody show. The cast is just amazing. Limitless, The Muppets, Of Kings & Prophets, Vinyl, The Mysteries of Laura, Undateable, Heartbeat, Containment, Continuum, The Fall (Netflix), Kevin From Work, Minority Report, Penny Dreadful, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but kpowers I agree with your list.

HI TD3! I saw this advertised on amazon yesterday. Hopefully Netflix/Amazon Prime will air it for free. I like those period pieces.

Only in the technical sense. It was always planned as a 5 season show and season 5 will air in 2017. It's only "cancelled" because it was just officially announced that season 5 would be the last.

That is good to hear. Since Norma was killed off at the end of season 4, I guess she will be back as a ghost stuck in Normans head. Most likely that will lead to Norman's insanity. I wonder if they will end the series with their version of Psycho?

I actually was curious to see whether Vinyl could make a go of it. I'm not heartbroken it's gone, but I thought it had some potential to grow in S2.

I don't know, there is something about Larry Wilmore that is, Hmmmm, strange.....I don't know what it is about that Brotha...There's a "weirdness" about him and I picked it up the first time I saw him and heard him speak....Maybe it's nothing to it, maybe my vibes are off.....I just feel he has some dangerous skeletons....

Despite the good performances, I thought that HBO was right to cancel it. The plot and writing wasn't that great at all and I think the concept got lost. Great actors, great performances but like you, I'm not sad at all that the show is done.

True. The sum of the (acting) parts was greater than the whole.

Should of been the Vampire Diaries last season but looks like they will stretch it out for one more season. All their cliffhangers feels the same.... Someone (Bonnie) dies or gets stuck in some dimension and the whole season is about doing some ritual to free them (Bonnie).

Oh, I binged watched Galavant, I wish it had made it to a 3rd season. It's stupid as heck, I guess that schtick plays out after a while.

Oh, that last season of TVD I hardly watched, after they tied Bonnie's life to Eleana's waking up, I think I was done with all they've done to that poor chile. I wish TO can unhinge themselves completely from TVD, I'm not of the Caroline/Klaus camp, I adore Caroline but I really wish those 2 factions had separate lives. I'd rather delved more into the Strix and such.

Netflix’s “Bloodline” Third Season To Be Its Last. Damn due to cost. What a great, great cast too. I'll miss this one...

A signature 1990s sitcom is coming back for a new chapter. NBC has given a straight-to-series 13-episode order to Coach, with original star Craig T. Nelson on board to reprise his role and creator Barry Kemp set to write.

A sequel to the original series, the new Coach will be set in present day, picking up 18 years after the ABC sitcom went off the air after nine seasons. Coach Hayden Fox (Nelson) — now retired from coaching — is called back to become assistant coach to his own grown son, who is the new head coach at an Ivy league school in Pennsylvania that is just starting up a new team. Though the original series focused on Fox’s relationship with his college-age daughter, towards the end of the show he and his wife adopted a son who will grow up to follow in his father’s footsteps. Kemp and Nelson are executive producing the comedy, which, like the original, will be multi-camera. No other talent is attached.

NBC’s deal for Coach keeps Nelson at the network where he starred on the family drama Parenthood for six seasons. As Parenthood was wrapping its final episodes, Nelson and Kemp got together to brainstorm ideas of bringing Coach back. They homed in on a premise for the project, which was set up at Universal TV, the studio
