I don't wear makeup, only for special occassions. I just don't care for it really.

I heard this on some TV show... forgot which one... anyhow, slap on as much paint as you want, the house still needs renovations!



I use makeup to enhance what I've already got. It's also a lot of fun - you can change your look pretty drastically with it.

Because of the hype I only wear lipstick and maybe a little eyeliner every now and then. What you see is what you get. Take it or leave it.

to look on the outside.

the colours the shades, the possibilities are endless.

but i also dig what Dex is saying

some ppl need to apply that stuff in natural daylight

cos less sometimes is defintely more.

I wear makeup to be different than men, to look especially different from men. I've got plenty of curves, but faces are the first thing ya see. And I find that it distinguishes me from other women. It helps us to stand out more as individuals. Before we speak and hear each other, we see each other.

There are days I wear none and nights I wear an entire cosmetics counter. For everyday, just a little here and there. It's an accessory, and a good one. I love fashion. I love style. This is just one more element.

Of course most women are now replying to this Forum. Be it to explain that they are wearing make-up and if so that it is really really really not that much and it is certainly not insecurity: girls... do what makes you feel good.. it is your life,.. you don't need to justify yourself about whatever you do, to any one.

Dex man, you just want the attention you get back about this subject from these women.
You do your hair like any other man...hell, even more... and the dreads look good on you... and that is what you like... right? You have a tongue piercing, for many reasons, but perhaps also because YOU think it looks good on you... just like your belly piercing and your NUMEROUS tatoes...which could also be seen as some form of permanent make up for your skin.

It suits you well, just as any women looks great in her make up. Let's just respect women for what they are...
At least give it a shot.
