Leftovers for breakfast every day. I never eat breakfast food. Everyone thinks it's gross to eat anything that's not bacon and eggs, omelettes, toast, pancakes, waffles or bagels in the morning and I never got that, it's so dumb to me.

In my teens & twenties I did it all the time. Whether cooking something easy at home, but mostly hanging out with friends later in the evening/night. And there were always restaraunts that cooked breakfast all day all night for those reasons.

I don't live like that anymore, so I usually eat 'breakfast' food in the morning, lunch food for lunch dinner food for dinner. Although it is best to eat your desert in the morning. Which I do once in a while... nice slice of birthday cake with that evil frosting... I'll only do that when at work though.

When I'm out of town, reliving my 20s in another city, even though I live in a big city, I tend to fall back on the breakfast late at night. It's good hangover food too. Even though I avoid those as much as possible.

I'm pretty flexible, so for me it doesn't matter, just depends on the mood of the house. I'd probably have to also note though, that German breakfast is often heavy on crusty bread loaves, herbed cheese spreads, deli meats, and traditionally they do have an evening meal called "Abendbrot" ( aka Evening Bread- just for when you're not in the cooking mood) that is basically the reversed version of this breakfast cool

If the cooking were left to me, it'd probably be about 3 or 4 times per week.

hmph! hmph!

Eggs are only suitable at dinnertime if they're atop a nice, savory, Latin dish.

Never really was into it for dinner. Unless it's 2AM after a night out and I'm hitting up my favorite Chicken and Waffles spot. But then again, that's not really considered dinner anymore lol

Damn I miss the food from when I lived in Miami Beach. In the old days you could do these plates at diners for practically nonthin' (50,000 years ago before it became touristy), sigh

I love this kind of snacky dinner - but had no idea it was an actual thing with a name. I'm about three-quarters German - maybe it's genetic. lol

Find yourself a good Colombian ^^^ or a good Dominican restaurant in a seedy part of town (you know, nice enough for you to want to eat there but cheap enough for the locals to frequent).
You can get enormous plates of delicious food at decent prices.

Breakfast food for dinner? Yes, I can be done occasionally for me.

Eggs, fish [kipper snacks, herring], 4 slices of toast, and grape juice is a good example.

Or maybe eggs, fried potatoes, a steak cooking median well, and sweet iced tea.

Over here I'll quite often eat things like soup, fried rice, or grilled pork for breakfast. As for a more traditionally western cooked breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, tomato etc. I tend to have that more often for lunch. I suppose rice porridge is a breakfasty Thai food we might have for dinner (or supper, I guess), but only really at the end of a night out.
