Watching old movies again and recognizing people for the first time "Sea of Love," with Al Pacino, John Goodman and Ellen Barkin, was on TV last night. Now, I had last seen it about five or six years ago. I didn't recognize Lorraine Bracco form Goodfellas and now, The Sopranos, and that old guy from the West Wing is in it too.
this guy: , who wasn't wearing as much makeup in "Sea of Love," or at least not as much lipstick. I think it's cool seeing people in old movies that you didn't recognize the first time you saw them (another good example is Dominic Chianese in the Godfather Part II. Sure, I knew him as Johnny Ola, but didn't recognize him right away when I first saw The Sopranos). I would love to end this post with a question segueing into your responses, but can't think of a good one.

While watching Roger's & Hammerstein's Cinderella (1965) with Leslie Ann Warren...I recognised the actor who plays Alan Quartermaine(sp?) on the soap opera General Hospital as the actor who plays Prince Charming.
During my highschool years when I used to watch soap operas I didn't realize it that while I was a small child I'd watched this same man a few times before as the film's Prince Charming. When I watched Cinderella again (about a year ago) I recognized him and put it together then...
