I don't know, it is up to you... I just know I would go... all things considered, wear a mask. There isn't a huge outbreak there is there?! What are the chances of you getting it? Maybe I am being too lax about it, I don't know... I just know how disappointed you two will be if you don't go.

If you got there, you have the risk of getting SARS. Which is alarming.
If not for SARS, when going there you would have the risk of: - Being ran over by a car; 
- Being shot in a gang-fight 
- Falling down stairs 
- Getting robbed
