Anxiety I have anxiety and it's been coming around more often recently, which is a pain in my ass, but moreso my stomach. I figure I'm not the only person 'round here that experiences anxiety, so I raise the question of what any of you do to deal with or work through it. I usually keep lamps on (most of my anxiety is at night), the TV for background noise or for easy watching. Sometimes I watch Bob's Burgers and King of the Hill on my laptop or tablet. Chamomile tea is anti spasmodic, if u get that knotting thing in the belly it's really good 4 that. It's also calming. U can make 2 cups with one bag. Add a little honey or brown sugar & don't use all the way boiled water as it burns the herbs/properties. "We just let people talk & say whatever they want 2 say. 9 times out of 10, trust me, what's out there now, I wouldn't give nary one of these folks the time of day. That's why I don't say anything back, because there's so much that's wrong" - P, Dec '15

Essential oils; 3 drops of Lavender, 3 Frankincense, 3 Neroli, added 2 a full bath. Oils tend 2 eventually sink 2 the bottom, so occasionally swish the water upwards from the bottom.
They can be quite expensive so if u can get one that's fine, lavender is cheap. Out of the other 2 I'd go 4 the Frankincense. Add 3-6 drops of each 2 a little organic cold pressed coconut oil & you've also got an an excellent night time moisturiser. Ess oils go off after roughly 4 wks. Light & air kills the properties. Keep them in the fridge & keep the lids very tightly closed. Also u can put them in an oil burner, ones with a glass dish are best 4 dispersing the oils in2 the air. Make sure you're getting enough of the vitamin B's & omega 3. Multi vit & mineral supplements can be helpful. Synthetic supplements aren't great imo tho & the organic ones can be a bit pricey. All the previous suggestions are excellent. I will also add: Sea-bands. I started to use them for migraine related nausea, and I've found that they work for anxiety too. Might just be placebo effect but I'll take it.
