Friday workout 30 minutes cardio Preacher curl 3 sets of 8 Bicep curl 3 sets of 8 Seated calf raise 3 sets of 10 Single leg press 4 sets of 12 Regular leg press 4 sets of 12 Standing dumbbell curls 1 set of 10. hey - I just thought I'd ask over here - is it better to go to the gym in the morning or evening? i read somewhere that going after you've eaten is a good idea, otherwise you'll be burning more muscle than fat! is that true?
