I'm not going to bore you with the details of my story because I must have told it on the org about a million times!

BUT, I am sure romance exists. I don't think true love is a myth and I do believe in soulmates. I don't think u can ever prove or disprove the idea of soulmates, but u will definitely find people who are so in love, and so happy, that u can see it's certainly possible.

Try not to be cynical. There are so many wonderful people in the world.

i met my girlfriend when i answered her ad for share accomodation... i moved in and we got along fine... she had a boyfriend at the time so i had no intentions of "going there" ... plus my last girlfriend was a completely vain pain it the ass, and i was determined to stay single... anyway... her relationship broke down and she decided to move back to Brisbane, which is in a different state (Queensland) ... by this time we had become great friends and would just hang out and talk until all hours... i remember one night, while we were watching "pride and prejudice" (believe it or not), thinking...hmmm maybe i'm starting to really dig this girl... i was sad to see her leave and told her that she had become very important to me... on her way to brisbane she sent me a text message saying that basically she had fallen for me ... i was a little shocked but quietly chuffed , and frustrated at the same time... we starting talking regularly on the phone and a month later i organised holidays... i went to see her for a week...which turned into 2 weeks... on my last day there i phoned my boss and quit my job... which was difficult as i LOVED my job... but i knew this girl was special and i realised i'd never really know how it would go unless we were in the same state... this is VERY unlike me to do this by the way... so i went back to Sydney for 2 weeks and then moved to Brisbane... it's the best move i've ever made in my life... she has turned out to be all that i had hoped and so much more... i'm a very lucky dude... that's it in a nutshell...there were many romantic incidents along the way... but i'd be here all night if i were to type them all
