Traveling without feeling like a mess? About once a week I'm gone all day. I don't return home for about 12 hours. I'd like to: * have eaten mostly healthy things (working on that harder though) * not look like a mess * not be tired (I'm not driving so I get to take a nap or two, but still) * of course I'd like to be more organized during the whole (I'll never feel organized enough) I feel as though I'm not very good at traveling. Any one have any tips for having your shit together while you're gone all day? I call myself "millionairess" because it is more motivating than "paycheck2paycheck" | |

Any one have any tips for having your shit together while you're gone all day? Eat healthy snacks like granola bars and nuts on hand, and fruits/water to stay hydrated. Keep a bag with a coolant and add ice packs in it if u can for storing sandwiches with meat and cheese in it . Get a neck pillow Take breaks to stretch and walk around for circulation, make sure you pee (lol) so it doesn't drain you Keep extra clothes, accessories, toiletries with you Pick tea over coffee, and just my opinion but soda and energy drinks are not useful [Edited 6/20/16 8:07am] | |
