Depends on my mood or the occasion. Generally breasts. Having said that, a leg has a lot going for it though, especially at BBQ parties! The bone provides a perfect "handle" by which your guests can grip and eat delicately. Passing chicken breasts round can be a messy business; they can be slippery little buggers. Taking the discussion a little further, I have been known to nibble on a wing or two (that thread title wouldn't have worked as well though!), buffalo wings or :KFC: chicken wings are in clear running for the title spot. This of course comes down to the desirability of the coating rather than the meat itself. | |

my girlfriend is from laos and i went to a laos party this past summer where the guys congregate and while the women do most of the cooking, the men drink beer and eat or gnaw on beef jerky, or so i thought...the heart shaped bony jerky i was chewing turned out to be a chicken head split down the middle(hence the heart shaped appearance), cooked on the grill...i'll take breasts and thighs anyday! | |
