What'cha Eatin'?

My daily diet consists of, generally:

Apple (Pink Lady or Lady Alice)
Handful of walnuts
Another fruit (paired with Greek yogurt; I prefer canned peaches)
Spinach salad (with cherry tomatoes; olives; cheese; mustard vinaigrette that includes olive oil)
Junk food (in moderation; usually bag of buttered pop corn; and I'm trying to cut back on chips)
A burgundy juice (beets and their greens; blueberries; carrot; milled flax seed)
A rice mixture with another vegetable (usually okra; or collard greens; or green beans)

Throughout the week or two, sometimes I sneak in:

A frozen pizza; or, two big ass slices
1 can of beans (navy; pinto; white)
1 bottle of red wine; or a six pack of a microbrew
A submarine sandwich with faux-meat

Frozen yogurt; or, Almond M+Ms
My wife, if you know what I mean cool

So, I try to eat healthy but I sneak some other stuff in because YOLO. I'm curious to know what
other Orgers eat, and let the ribaldry commence!

I eat a lot of foods that are bad for me. Just today, as an example, I had a big greasy fry up for breakfast. 3 rashers, 3 sausages, 2 eggs, half a tomato, 2 slices of toast and 2 cups of tea. Then just now, I've had a big bucket of KFC (shared with my cousin). I only ever have 2 meals per day though and I don't always have such a big breakfast. Some days I'll have a cereal or a boiled egg but if I have a small breakfast, I'll have a BIG dinner.

I did try to eat healthy once but I lost interest pretty quickly. I'm a hypocrite though because I always make sure my daughter eats healthy foods. The difference between me and her is that she enjoys it.

You mean right now or in general?

Right now I´m eating frozen and fresh berries (strawberries, black berries, blueberries, currants , cherries), drinking a lemon cake flavored protein shake and some tart cherry juice diluted with a little bit of water.

Before that I had some chicken/veggie curry (spicy hot) with rice.

wink

Post-workout meal.

They have one of those in my hometown Columbia,SC but I've been avoiding fast
food burgers for a long long time with the exception of the Whopper maybe a few
times a year but when that report of McDonald's having some pink slime in their burgers a few years ago or so I left them all the hell alone. The only fast food I do now is Chick Fil A and KFC chicken strips.

Oh shit! I used to live there! I was up the street from Five Points! My brother still lives
there now and is a band there. We used to jam with Skip Pearson. I think my brother now
hangs out in The Vista area. We used to hit up Goatfeathers, Hannah Janes in Five Points
and The Art Bar in the Vista all the time.

I got kicked outta U of SC for flunking.
