No Ive never seen the actual soul...but Ive been there many times when a person takes their last breath on this earth. It usually gives me a feeling I cant explain with words I use to wonder why I became a nurse...now I know. It takes a special person to be able to be there and maintain when a person dies. It is not easy and when you think about it is one of the most special things in the world to be there for someone when they leave this earth. I wish I could have been there for Prince...believe me I do.

I know there are about three or four nurses and a few doctors that post here often and Im sure they would have been there for him too if only he had asked.

Sounds like a great program that will help many people who dont have family or any one to be there for them You'll be good at it.. As far as the soul it has to be rare and a very unique circumstance to witness that. I believe I feel their transition, but Ive never seen it happen.

I have read stories about medical staff and/or family member who has witnessed the soul leaving the body upon death.

We never know when we will die. But terminally ill people nearing death can 'sense' when it is near. Especially if they start saying their good byes in preparation for the passing.

Nursev is no nurse.
