High Resolution Pictures for Framing I want to get the Around the World in A Day Cover and a photo of young Prince to be framed. How can I download high resolution photos to be printed and framed?

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure you can raise the resolution in a photo in photoshop. If you don't have photoshop maybe you can download a trial from the official website.
Hopefully someone can give you a better answer. There may be a much easier way!

. They can increase dimensions, but when you do that, no matter what size you begin with -- the quality diminishes. (Pixelation)

You'd do well to just scan it on your own, and a high resolution, enhance the colors in Photoshop or whatever, just a bit - and print it. Sometimes it helps to have a friend at Kinkos or Staples copy center. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Try audiopreservationfund.org - they have high-rez scans of album covers that you can download. . http://www.audiopreservat...&id=41 . That link is a 3500 x 3500 pixel scan of the ATWIAD cover, large enough to have a 23" x 23" print made at 150dpi with no loss of quality from upsizing a smaller image. . Also use google image search - images.google.com . After entering your search term, click "search tools" at the top of the page and then click on Size > Larger Than > 4MP . That will guarantee any image you find is large enough to work for a large print. Check out The Mountains and the Sea, a Prince podcast by yours truly and my wife.
