SARS or SMALLPOX serum carriers?? What are u more afraid of ??
People who get the serum are a threat to others who cannot take it. Since a lot of MEDICAL professionals have taken it..it doesn't look promising. [This message was edited Fri Mar 28 23:34:10 PST 2003 by origmnd]

sars is scary for sure. spreading fast and they aren't even sure how it's being spread. the WHO has actually asked airlines to refuse flying privilges to a passenger who is visibly ill. hmmm.
smallpox serum has benefits, but also risks for those who already have other health risks. i dunno if it'll ever be safe for everyone/general population

FYI: the smallpox vaccine is a danger to anyone with HIV. the scary part is all the people who don't realize they have HIV and go get the smallpox vaccination. A person with HIV can't even live with or be around someone who has received this vaccination.
