I think I would have been turning the windshield wipers on, at the very least, in an effort to dislodge it! At the end, it looks like it's crawling down into the car's innards!

Those cicadas are some ugly little things too.

It would be Mr. Toad's wild ride. Trying to shake that sucker off. We have rattlers here in abundance so even though I technically am not scared of snakes, I don't know enough to know which is which, so getting out my car to take it off with my hands wouldn't happen.
