Seems a certain doctor was depressed over the lack of professionalism he was exhibiting in his job. The doctor had a habit of sleeping with his patients.

Then the voice of his consciuous spoke to him and said, "Dude, relax, you're not the first doctor to sleep with his patients and you won't be the last! Besides, you're single!"
