I have an idea! Lav wants to move out of the States, and you want to move into the states... I say just trade places... Fair enough deal.

lol Which is kinda why I posted this thread! She can have my pad and it is very nice too! nod

I have been thinking about it for about 2 years now and am convinced I would have a better life and it would be a great step for my career, however I would only stay out there for about 18 months - 2 years!

LaVisHh! Wanna trade??? wink

marry some1 or 4get about it unless u wanna go over every 90 days and return 2 the uk and fly back, oh and not b able 2 work either, and have 2 show evidence of how ure gonna support ureself legally. the uk is 1 of the hardest places 2 get a greencard from. its a lot easier even 4 irish. and if ure gonna marry some1 u got 90 days 2 get married then stay 2gether 4 2 years and get quizzed b4 they give u legal status

no no no! Marriage! boxed

I think I could get a green card easily cos it would be provided by the company I work with. Thanks for the advice anyway!

You could always give the green card diversity lottery visa thingy a try... it runs ever year, giving away green cards to people from different countries.

hmm I have not actioned anything yet but if my company can send me over there to work from their US office they will take care of those things...It will not be for about 6/8 months yet though and in that time I will get all my information, but thanx for the advice Ian, that is why I asked for such advice on this thread.

Do it... move here... we are friendly, loving and have very high crime rates!

America also has the highest percentage of all serial murderers in the world... about 80% of all serial killings are in the good old U S of A!

biggrin

Other than all the horrible crime, we are great and we like to fuck more than the average world citizen, so you could really do some American fucking!!!

My advice would be to avoid going over on a H1B visa (I know some guys who had a really hard time in their jobs over there, but they couldn't leave for 2 years obviously) and instead trying to get a green card through other means. Of course, if you are just going on business for a couple of months that's a different matter entirely, I used to do the London-SanFran route all the time with a previous job.

Your crime rate has dropped somewhat, maybe it would up again if I came over.

I know about American fucking too...why the hell do you think I am coming over??? So many more men there than in the UK and they buy you drinks!! mr.green
