No WAY Tabitha would have let those walkers get close enough to kill her

hmph! what you have against goats??

huh?

I'm saying the writers don't make sense with how they use the animals.
the horse that died in season 5? and this goat would not have let those Walkers get near them

the stink by itself would repel the animals

i agree. imo a free running goat/wild boar/horse/wolf/pony/cow etc. will be able to escape walkers easily unless, say, an entire horde stinks up the forest.

.

the writers say they hate killing off characters, but secretly i think they revel in their god-like power to the point where characters like tabitha suffer just to feed what the writers think is the fans' bloodlust.

.

honestly, i don't think the writers need to kill quite so many players off just to keep our attention

I think it's a vegan conspiracy. That's twice in a month now I've been heartbroken over some animal being eaten.

yeah
A lot of the ways humans get killed by walkers is just weak. I just have to try to overlook it.

A walker stuck in a tree just reaches out and grabs a strong running man, pulls him into it and bites him

Too much of that stuff happens

Yeah Tyreese death was weak. He saw that there was a Zombie in the one room then Tyreese goes into another room staring at pictures on the wall with his back facing the door way disbelief

I said it after the episode "Clear" and I'll say it again after this episode - Lennie James is a phenomenal actor.

I really enjoyed this episode, two very strong performances with excellent writing - well worth 90 minutes of screen time, imo.

It doesn't bother me that I don't fully know Glenn's fate yet - we will eventually.

I liked him on Jericho

agreed 100% He is a great actor...I kinda have a crush on him lol

i hear ya! it seems to me that two? years or so after the actual outbreak of the Zombie Flu many of the walkers should have disintegrated by now. as crumbly as they seem, shouldn't the walkers be leaving trails of bits and wearing down into nubs by now, thereby greatly reducing the numbers of the hordes?

I couldn't agree more.

I've loved every epsiode this season and I loved, loved loved this one as well. Even though the pace and action were slower, it didn't drag in any way to me. I dare say so far it's like a symphony, starting with a bang, then slowly taking it's time and we know it's going to build up again.

Yes, that was another that just ticked me, the smell and the Walkers are always noisy, they don't stalk by being quiet.

eek don't cry! it turns out that 0614 is the episode wherein tabitha returns to alexandria as the leader of an army of wildlife recruits such as deer, moose, wolves (the real kind of wolves, not those losers) skunks, bear and yeti all united against the zombie hordes. you see, tabitha is a working goat and working goats always have realistic armor, which is what saved tabitha from the zombies in the episode 'here's not here'. we don't find out until later in the season that tabitha is alive, kind of like glenn maybe might be. that picture of tabitha as a zombie is only camouflage. she's just pretending so she can mingle with the zombies unnoticed

Well personally, I think they could break into a Bath & Body Works, or a Bed, Bath and Beyond every once in a while on one of their runs.

Eh, it wasn't too bad. Aaron's my favorite now, that took a lot to stand up and take that kind of responsibility, whether it was really his fault or not. We can see this storyline is going to be drawn out for a while, so settle in its going to be a long dusty bumpy ride And where the heck were Morgan and Carol this episode?

no abraham, no sasha no darryl. even odder - where was carol? we spent a lot of time in alexandria and didn't see her at all? morgan? the captured wolf?

.

has rick's hand healed? i didn't notice much being made of that? maybe i missed it - need to watch this episode again.

.

me, personally, i still think glenn died. maggie's tearful admission to aaron seemed directed not just to him but to us audience as well: we don't get to know what happened..... yet. it's like the writers are telling us: don't hold your breath. maggie has to wait it out and so do you. maybe glenn will return safely in time to meet his child?

.

i admit i'm holding out hope against hope that the writers are messing with us here. hoping glenn is alive, hiding from the horde and waiting out the invasion until he can safely come home again.

.

can't tell what, if anything, steven yeun's name missing from credits means, as opposed to not being listed in the 'In Memoriam' part of TTD? is he still officially part of the show? if not why didn't they officially mark his passing????????????????????????????????????????????????????? dang them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol lol lol lol lol

.

totally LOVING the emphasis on kick-ass women characters. watching jessie evolve from timid to fierce has been fabulous. i enjoyed seeing how the alexandrians passed from shock into some form of acceptance.

.

not sure how to take deanna's musings and her double standard son seems seriously messed up. then again maybe being messed up is the hot new survival trait? watching what happened to glenn following his forgiveness and mentorship of nicholas, one has to wonder how altrusim would ever develop in their world?

.

rick and jessie? denise and tara? carl vs. ron? how is that rick/jessie/ron i killed your daddy/husband thing ever going to resolve? kind of a shame that rick's second romance has such a twisty kind of shane-esque edge to it.

.

so weird that morgan would try aikido as a life path in the midst of a zombie apocolypse. imo certainly morgan's mistake with the captured wolf will cost lives. is morgan insane or crazy like a fox? he seems unstable to me, a wild card player.

Glenn is alive.

To me, Deanna is even more dangerous now than in the beginning with her Hilary Clinton-esq vibe.

Well didn't you know? Rick and has become "Shrick". haha! Funny thing is, I love him this way. But something about Jessie I just don't like. I could just be jealous since Andrew Lincoln is so doggone sexy drool

To me, Morgan has ALWAYS been a wild card. He's gone from sane to batshit crazy to moral instructor and samurai expert. Who knows what his next move is going to be. He's very unpredictable. I just don't like those disapproving looks he gives.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

.

i like jessie fine but it makes me slightly uneasy that only a couple of days (two?) have elapsed since rick killed her husband, and yet somehow she zoomed through the mourning period right into naked with rick. imo that just bodes ill for the outcome of their romance. plus, just no way jessie's son ron will smoothly transition into one big happy. in future i see ron plotting against all things grimes.

.

i don't really see tova as dangerous? i think she's shattered. a butterfly bust too soon from its cocoon. wondering whether alexandria is even worth defending. i don't think she will challenge rick's authority any time soon. but, her son might

.

honestly, i think our group would be better off leaving alexandria once it's possible to leave

Too many ifs with Glenn. Im not really likingg it, to reminiscent of Sophia. Maybe he's directing an episode in those photos. Maye he got rescued by whoevers up those stairs behind the door. Maybe hes coming back as a walker. Seems silly to drag it out.

Next week we see Ricks plan didn't pan out the rest of the walkers get loose. Vehicles breakdown or run out of gas.
