Plans for BACK TO THE FUTURE DAY?

So, as you may or may not be aware, Back To The Future Day is fast approaching (21st Oct) and I was wondering if anyone on the org would be marking the day by doing anything special.
Personally, I'm planning on watching all 3 movies back to back, then starting the PS4 game, which is basically a 4th movie.

If you are reading this post after the 21st, don't worry, you still have time to celebrate the anniversary. All you'll need is a Delorean (capable of at least 88 mph), a Flux capacitor and 1.21 gigawatts of electricity. If you can't get your hands on the required amount of electricity, a bolt of lightning will suffice. wink

Here in the UK ITV2 are doing a full evening of television, including all three films and a tribute program. I'll be parking myself in front of the TV with a beer! biggrin

I'm surprised Sky Movies didn't get in on that. I just found out my local cinema is showing the second one. So it will be part 1 on DVD, off to the cinema for part 2 and then home for part 3 and a pizza.

I seen the first one in the cinema when it was rereleased for the 25th anniversary 5 years ago. It was great seeing it on the big screen. I'm really looking forward to seeing part 2 in the cinema. I didn't get a chance when they were out originally because I was only 2 months old when part 3 came out.

That was brilliant. Even though it seemed Doc was having trouble remembering his lines, it was great to see the two of them together. Michael J Fox looks great too. Shame the real Biff wasn't there...

The Titanic, I could understand. It's about a big ship that sinks at the end with a boring love story in the middle featuring Leonardo DiCaprio before he was good.
But Back To The Future has to be one of, nay, the best trilogy ever made. You have to see it. Your future depends on it! razz

..LOL...See, I even forgot it's a Trilogy...I like Michael J. Fox, Loved him in Family Ties and the movie where he's a Ghost detective or something...I enjoy watching many of the Classic bad-Sci-Fi films but Back to the Future never made it to my must-see-list...

Ghost detective? Lol, you mean The Frighteners. Yeah, that was great.
You should watch the first back to the future film, see what all the fuss is about. And I'll make a prediction. You will want to watch part 2 by the time it's over. smile
