Which one of these two guitars looks better? My music is unique, folk/Rock, singer-songer-writer style ( for the most part ) Which one of these two do you find optically more appealing? I should buy one. I really want to try going electric. https://scontent-fra3-1.x...e=56906459 https://scontent-fra3-1.x...e=5687B3D4 On each photo I'm thinking about the one in the middle. small circles, big wheels!

Depends on what kind of fretboard you like. I prefer the lighter woods, both for looks and for playing style. Here's some info on fretboard wood types that might be helpful. But in the end, go with what you like the best.

I'd consider tone 1st but that's me. That's not what you asked....
I like the guitar in the second photo,.

Hey thanks guys. The sound is most important, of course. But the fact is that appearance is also important. I seem to be going more with the 2nd middle guitar. I'm new to playing electric. I've been playing nylon strings n more recently I've switched to metal, western guitar strings. Some of my songs are harder to play on metal strings but I'm having a blast with overcoming difficulties. Newer material is being written on both types and the extra care it demands to be versatile seems to have a positive effect on the material. It might take a while to get comfortable with electric. I'm thinking I'll have to get some order into my practicing schedule, otherwise I might become obsessive n soon get overwhelmed with new possibilities and ideas, n that wouldn't be constructive. small circles, big wheels!

The stains that appear after some years of use doesn't bother me at all. small circles, big wheels!

This seems to be the best music shop we have in Berlin.
Fairly wide choice of guitars in stock, and they've often let me take a guitar into a secluded room and let me play for an hour without interruption. http://www.justmusic.de/de-de [Edited 10/15/15 11:11am] small circles, big wheels!

For me it's all about feel...it could look like a POS but if it feels good, SOLD! I'm with the lighter wood fretboards, they just feel better to me.

Yeah, I love the sound ov VOX amps and when I'm trying out a guitar I'll ask for one so I can see how it sounds. Alot of people know already but with Tube Amps it's a tone thing that you become dialed into. I play clean a lot more then I use pedals so that's another reason. It's all just so personal.
