Amber is bandwagon jumping. The Slutwalk campaign is almost five years old and actually began in Canada when a constable told women to stop dressing like sluts in order not to be raped. I don't know if having her as a spokesperson will do more harm or good.

There is actually nothing wrong with that, at all. But I just can't deal with this BS from Amber Rose and Blac China. All summer long they did everything they could, to find some relevance and notoriety for themselves by scratching and clawing at the coattails of the men that dumped them... for Kardashians. It was embarrasing not empowering but apparently, on some level it did work for them because now I hear there's a "reality show" in the works. Unfortunately, Amber Rose's "Slut Walk", looks entirely too much like a "Ho Stroll", for me. IJS!

Not sure that's her message. She is saying that she is deserving of "love & respect".
As the event unfolded she reunited with her husband and she believes in fidelity with the right person.

You don't get to deny her that when she finds the right person who she wants to be faithful to because you have labelled her a "slut" aka Unloveable, unwifeable ect

MTV Cancels Amber Rose an...ality Show

MTV reportedly canceled a reality TV starring former strippers Amber Roseand Blac Chyna. But to hear the ladies tell it, they decided not to go ahead with their plans for the show.

In reality, MTV preferred not to lose any more cash financing a reality TV show that would surely bomb in the ratings.

MTV took notes when Amber’s disastrous ‘Slut Walk’ campaign failed to draw support from other stars. None of Rose’s so-called “friends” in the industry showed up for her Walk of Shame. Chyna was also a no-show, sparking rumors of trouble between the 2 friends.

Amber expected 10,000 people to show up for her ‘Slut Walk.’ But only about 100 people showed up.

It didn’t help matters when Amber took to social media to blast her few remaining friends for charging her $30-$40K to make an appearance.

As I pointed out in an earlier post, the reason for the artist’s demands for appearance fees was simple: The “Slut Walk” is a joint effort between Rose and MTV Network producers. The “Slut Walk” was supposed to be filmed for an upcoming episode of Amber’s and Chyna’s reality show.

Artists aren’t in the habit of showing up to support another artist’s TV project for free. And definitely not for an ungrateful slut like Amber Rose.

Yes, and I wish more people knew this... It's nice that she has given more publicity to the movement, but I hope her involvement won't make the greater message get lost. Most of the media coverage I saw of it focused more on her personal life (not really her fault), then on the actual meaning of the "slutwalk".

Thanks for writing this comment. I was about to write the same thing. I heard about slutwalk like in 2010 or something! Amber Rose is being pimped out to promote it because now it's probably going to be repackaged and marketed as something other than what it started as...
