Sorry, I hate to say that because I too love Xmas music, but those are the rules.
And if we don't follow the rules, then this whole thing we call society just becomes total anarchy.
And even tho there are people out there who say they're all for total anarchy, the truth is, these are the first people who'll start crying that there is no one to police the public when their cupboards have been stripped bare by strangers, their lawns have been totally mauled by skidmarked tire tracks and their houses have been left burning.

So, keep those Xmas CDs in their respective spots on the rack and up the dosage of your Zoloft, at least until after Black Friday.

At home maybe not but at department stores hell yes.

I play a selection of my favorite tracks from about 2 dozen Xmas albums all year long, sometimes I'm just not in the mood for any other music. Vanessa Williams' What Child Is This may actually be my favorite song of all time, I sure play it a lot.

I LOVE Christmas music. Can listen to it 365 days of the year!

I associate Christmas music too much with the holidays and find it bittersweet to listen to it at other times of the year. It's like hearing the familiar ice cream truck jingle then running outside only to find that there is no ice cream.

Not until there is snow that won't leave the ground. Sometimes, Christmas music is just my "dealing with early Winter" music.

I guess not but there's going to be so much of it played a littel later on that you might grow sick of it quicker than you want.

But hey - if you like it, play it!

Music is music. If you like it, it's always fair game.

I have the Charlie Brown Christmas album on my iTunes. I listen to that thing in July, if I feel like it. (Which I often do.) In fact...

Actually, this is why I do not have Christmas music in my iTunes. It physically gets filed away before January every year, and does not get accessed again until November.

I always like listening to Band Aid through out the year
