I forgot about Burt's Bees! But they have mostly skincare stuff. I've never tried any of their hair products.

My ABSOLUTE ALL TIME FAVORITE shampoo was "Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific!" but they dont make it anymore.

I use all Vavoom products. The shampoo smells great and the Smoothing Gel rocks!

Once in a while I like to use the Straight Sexy Hair products. Same thing, the shampoo smells heavenly, and their gel is super strong.

Bedhead Manipulator is some cool stuff too, love the mustard bottle it comes in.

Lets not forget the old formula Dippity Do! (the one in the jar) it smelled sooo good!

Ewww, I can't stand Dippity Do. I was in this play where one of the guys decided to slick his hair back with Dippity Do every night, and the dressing area REEKED of it, and it was just awful. It became a running joke.

Whatever is on sale. I'm not picky and neither is my hair. I abuse it endlessly and it never fails to bounce back. My sister cuts it for me and I color it myself.

I adapt. biggrin

It really all depends. I don't talk the ear off someone who is there to relax, enjoy the experience, and get their hair done. wink In fact, I will sometimes not say anything between the initial consultation and the end of the cut.

What hair care products do you use?

Me:

  • American Crew Sport Tea Tree Shampoo (conditioning shampoo)
  • TIGI Bed Head Manipulator (for styling)

Add to that:

  • TIGI Bed Head Boy Toys

It adds more texture to my hair (or so says my hairstylist) and gives it some shine.

I use Trader Joe's shampoo and conditioner (which I've just discovered gives my hair a bouquet of play-doh) and leave-in moisturizer from The Body Shop.
