A woman comes out publicly to speak about an experience that is about sexual violence and she is just doing it for some ulterior motive and the women that make claims anonymously are attacked for not showing their identity and therefore must be lying because they are not willing to fully come forward.

When it comes to reporting sexual assault, you are going to be humiliated again, victimized again...and people ask why people keep their assault to themselves for years before having the courage to come forward.

I live in a city where just 2 months ago, 2 African American men were released from prison on charges of raping white women. 30 yrs in prison and they were innocent, not found not guilty, but innocent. These women when I looked at the cases put themselves out there in a bigger way than these women accusing Bill Cosby.

So yes I know all about the dual humiliation that victims will experience.

When those women come out then they will have their story.

You believe Bill Cosby is guilty based on what court findings or confession?

I'm not even saying bill is innocent. But I'm not saying he's guilty either way because I don't know.

I'm curious, what is the statute of limitations in the US?

In Canada there is currently a scandal like this and we do not have any limitations and the famous accused is now finally starting to be charged with assault.

no surprise really most of the prominent blacks in Cosbys days went for very light or white. Cosby,Portier, Belafontae,Sammy Davis.
