I Love Wendy Williams for the Entertainer that she is but she's the LAST Talk Show Celeb on Planet Earth that should call ANYBODY "Vile & Vindictive" when Many Celebs hate her Guts for the Vile things she has said about them over the last 25yrs..Being Vile & Vindictive in the Entertainment bizness is something that some A-Listers learn to live with and D-Listers learn to navigate around...Being accused of Rape is something else...I agree, 13 women alleging the same 40yr old crime is alarming but they only talk when the opportunity presents itself...The last time the 13 Women wanted to talk was years ago and when Bill provided money to one of their fellow accusers the other Women VANISHED...That is also alarming and let's us know they kept their mouths shut when Money was put on the table.....I'm not gonna convict Mr. Cosby based on these Women that will only speak when the coals are Hot....There's a credibility issue going on here with both parties..

Same here. I often get annoyed with her when she seems to take such glee in spilling the dirt on folk, and I say, "Okay, Wendy. Mind your step, girl. Pray there's no dirt on you that will surface." She'd probably try to galze over it like she did with her comments about the Allyah movie after it aired. I specifically tuned in to see what she would have to say about it, and she spoke less than a minute about it. But getting back to Bill. I don't think she's lying about the incident, but she certainly jumped on the bandwagon. I'm sticking with my own opinion that there is some truth to some of these allegations and Bill had an "Olivia Pope"team to squash the scandle.

A few issues I have with these allegations

.

1.) People are looking back into history and shadowing 1960 1970s Bill Cosby with after the Cosby Show famed Bill. Bill Cosby wasn't some Super Star powerhouse in the periods the accusations are coming from. Maybe I'm wrong.

2.) A 'Black' man rapping white women in the period of 1967-1982 and being afraid to come forward. Maybe the women are not prejudiced people. But I have a hard time believing his fame outweighed the times. Because he wasn't a superstar during that time.

On Wendy's show this morning, she showed a clip of an interview with Bill, Camille and an AP reporter at the Smithsonian where the Cosbys were there to donate art. The reporter asked him about the allegations, and Bill refused to address them and asked the reporter to delete that portion of the interview. Bill then told the producer of the show to contact the reporter's supervisor. See, this is what makes me believe he is being duplicitous. Whenever someone asks him about these charges, he refuses to say anything in his defense. He doesn't deny them, but feel the need to threaten anyone who has the nerve to ask him to address the allegations. I noticed Camille sitting there like, "Don't ask me shit! I ain't in it." I don't understand your post then. You made a comment about this day and age in regards to seeking fame and success.

But ok, so these 3 women met with him back in the day in hopes to get some help with their careers (what careers would that be, btw?), so if so, this is called networking and everyone does it - male and female.

So what does that have to do with their accusations?

You can't seriously be suggesting that these women harboured resentment for failed careers (whatever that might be) for decades so they suddenly MADE up a story about being raped...for what, revenge? To suddenly now get those failed careers going?

This goes back to the whole "women are crazy", "women scorned" bullshit that men love to yell whenever she claims to be a victim of sexual assault.

There are many other women that have not come out publicly - what about them? They want fame and money too? What is their motive?

A woman comes out publicly to speak about an experience that is about sexual violence and she is just doing it for some ulterior motive and the women that make claims anonymously are attacked for not showing their identity and therefore must be lying because they are not willing to fully come forward.

When it comes to reporting sexual assault, you are going to be humiliated again, victimized again...and people ask why people keep their assault to themselves for years before having the courage to come forward.
