If you've followed NASCAR for the last few years, you probably know that Kurt Busch is an rrogant punk. He's a former NASCAR champion that was kicked off one of the best teams - not because he wasn't competitive, but because he was a jerk. He's been reduced to begging for rides with different teams.

Now comes word that his former girlfriend has accused him of choking her during an argument.

His lawyer is the infamous Rusty Hardin. Hardin is the guy that let Roger Clemens testify before Congress about steroids, which led to Clemens being indicted for lying to Congress. All of this was immaterial to Hardin, who only cares about his own publicity.

So are the accusations true? I hope not, but would not be surprised if they are. If they are true, or if Busch is charged with domestic violence, I am pretty sure the next time you see Kurt Busch in a race, it will be with go carts:
