Lets get it fam! We as humans are so fortunate to have the gift of consciousness we have the ability to create our path through life. We have the potential to do anything imaginable, we can all become successful because we determine our own success. We can have such an amazing influence on everyone around us and our surroundings. There is 40,075 km of Earth to explore, 7 billion people to influence and build friendships with, we can create so much but most of our potential is wasted. So read this thread and get shit done

Exercise: basically improves immune system, life expectancy rises and body fat % drops improves looks; bitches love it.
Anything from a 10 minute walk to a killer gym session or stretches and yoga. releases endorphins and shit. Just good for you in general. Really you shoudln't need me to tell you to workout or exercise.

Creative Recreation This should probably be number one for a lot of you. Spend at least half an hour developing and expressing your creative skills. Write and create music, design some dope ass swag, draw or paint maybe even write poetry, a script or a experimenting is key. As many of you are hoping to make a living from creativity this is crucial.

Nutrition If you're trying to lose weight or build muscle nutrition can be more important than exercise. A healthy diet will improve you both on the inside and the outside. You will feel rejuvenated and energised after eating well and just feeling 'good.' Although there will be a period where you feel like absolute crap I guarantee you will feel better than ever if you push through. Can't really drop too much knowledge on diet as we all have different needs whether it's gaining muscle or losing weight. In general drink lots of water aim for raw foods (will post recipes later) DO NOT snack on sugary or salty foods. There is so much to do with nutrition so it's vital to do your own research

Reasonable Spending Now a lot of you are going to struggle with this and value is all opinion based so there's not much I can say about this except did you plan on making this purchase? If not then don’t do it. Really who you trying to impress wit all your designer a gear. Most hos aren't going to notice and please don't dress to impress other guys (unless you're gay, which is perfectly fine.) You can easily and cheaply replicate the style. Spend your time in creative recreation designing fashion that you can produce cheaply and make a profit off. There will always be better things you can spend your money on such as travelling or invest it collect profit and repeat. Unless you fucking wit a basic ho she ain't gon care if your "ksubi collection is worth 3k" but you struggle to make loan repayments. 3k invested wisely is much more impressive.
Budgeting Resources :There should be some better resources and planners out there.

Current Events + Brain Busters Make this part of your morning routine. heck out the economist, your local news site, or the New York times and read two or three articles. Given your background and where you want to go in life it is going to serve you well to be informed and have the ability to notice trends and understand the complexity of global issues. If this isn't going to be useful to you try brain busters instead. so far we have covered the body and soul but this will workout your mind and keep you engaged. Every day challenge yourself to solve one extremely difficult problem whether you solve it or not is irrelevant, a success rate of 30% is normal.

SocialYour ability to communicate effectively with human beings has so many implications in your personal and professional life. I've gone through experiments with this habit and I think the less your around people the more you need to make it a priority. really focus on listening to people with the intent to understand, pushing the urge to get your point across aside and giving other people the floor when they are expressing themselves. I’ve done different experiments with eye contact and physicality while communicating as well. Regardless, going out and just talking to people trumps all when it comes to developing your social skills.
Check out RSD Nation for this.

That's three more added. I am working on the next three as we speak

Personal Management Should be easy to implement. Keep your living and work place clean and organised. Just makes day to day life easier. Can offer peace of mind apart from that not too many short or long term effects.

Project Not a daily ritual but still important. Try for an hour or two once or twice a week. Work on planning out your budget, workout, nutrition, doing research and Contributing to this thread <img src=" />

Lectures To quench the natural human being search for information. You can gain an unbelievable amount of knowledge from these podcasts/lectures. My recommendation is TED talks, there is so much diversity with them and they are more on the topic of self improvement. They provide you with a vast and varied wealth of knowledge and your understanding and awareness would grow so large that the value and wisdom you could offer other people would be incredible. If you are struggling with this ritual throw a queue of talks you’re interested in on your iPod and listen while exercising.

Language If you're smart you'll be saving money to travel. Most are going to struggle with this one as there are no immediate benefits but shit communicating is essential and will make your travelling experience so much better. It will allow for a connection with the locals. As well as business opportunities created because of your ability to speak the local language and the universal language of $$$.
Rosetta Stone and Duolingo

Plan The Next Day If you want to get all of the rituals done planning is crucial. There are many ways to do this and you should find the way that works best for you. But it must meet these requirements 1) The document must be easily accessible to you throughout the day, and 2) it must specify approximate times when you will complete each task. You could use your phone to plan or jot it out on a piece of paper. The plan is your servant, not your master. Never get upset if things don’t go the way you thought – it’s just a guideline to keep you on track.

Sleep you will notice a difference. Aim for at least 8+ hours not sleep a night. You should be grateful to finally slip into your sheets and catch some Z's. If you live an engaged life you need sleep to relax, de-stress and to process information. If you've ever studied sleep you know that your body goes through approximate 90 minute cycles (from deep sleep to REM sleep), you know the amount of light you are receiving effects your bodies melatonin production, you know that what you eat before bed can affect your sleep, and you also know that sound can disrupt your sleep. You know that sleep plays an integral role in learning and memory. You are also aware that the human body associates certain surroundings or conditions with sleep. So create the right sleep conditions for you!

Professional Development Whether you are working in the industry you want to be in or not this shit is important. It can help you gain promotions into that industry of break into it! If you are i the industry of your dreams it's essential that you don't get lazy and stagnate otherwise your going to get overtaken in the race to the top. You will develop yourself in the area of your interest until you have the credentials, credibility, or opportunity to move permanently.

Journal This isn't a high school dairy. It’s a tool you use to track your thoughts, expand on insights, accelerate your growth, and look back on your progress. Shits happening? Write about it. The very act of consciously creating syntax to your thoughts can help you become more rational and can facilitate problem solving in your life. There is a second part to your journal writing ritual that you need to engage in. Research. As you make discoveries and insights you should seek out truth and guidance. We have the internet and it is an amazing tool for feedback. You should also look back though your journal and ponder

Now for some Planning Material
For me Don't Break The Chain works the best to motivate you to stick with the rituals and keep improving. Just print out ones for your main rituals: Workout, Meditation, Reading, Creative Recreation and cross it off every day you complete the task at hand.

Timeboxing is Goat
Take a task you want to do.
Estimate the time to finish said task
Cut it down to 60%. 10 minutes is now 6
Set a countdown timer, and keep it visiable.
Start countdown and try your hardest to finish the task before it runs out of time.
Works like magic. Don't do this for your rituals though
