Too much work... I had to google yes means yes and good 2 go in order to know what this is all about.
To answer the question - the law is a good idea. The app I don't see that it would be used and since the allows that at any time during sex consent can be revoked...the app won't always be a good gage.

hmmm. many stages of sexual arousal don't allow for the clearest thinking. many people juvenile or adult, are not mature enough to undetrstand why this is a good idea. nice concept, but i'm thinking not many will use it | |

In a nutshell, yes means yes is silence or passiveness is not consent, yes means yes. One would think that simple enough. The app is to aid those in questionable situations so they don't find themselves under arrest. I couldn't imagine pulling out an app at that particular moment but who knows maybe it'll save some from stress. Or somebody will get rich. | |
