We all have psychic ability, some people are more advanced. Clairvoyants: see and interpret info from other dimensions. Clairsentients: feel and interpret info from different dimensions. Clairaudients: hear and interpret info from Other dimensions. Tasseographers: interpret shapes of tea leaves. Alchemists: use herbal and other natural formula to heal people, and reveal divine information. Shamans: heal trough nature around them.

Or alternatively, none of us have psychic ability.

There's a $1 million prize to anyone who can prove anything paranormal or supernatural. Shockingly, no one has yet been able to claim it smile

Hey - it was MAGIC Island, not "Majic" Island. But of course it was fake!

They had card readers there. They had everything there. It was really awesome. The building still stands, off Highway 59 in Houston but it's been empty for a long, long time.

I also like James van praagh, John Edward.
I will read their books when I have time.
My favorite medium was Sylvia Browne. I
read almost all of her books.

Yup, that's the James Randi Educational Foundation - the guy should be on our money. If anybody here hasn't seen his work, check him out on YouTube.

ZOMG, what am I going to do? I'm damn sure not spending an extra $71.99 plus fees to go see some fake parlor act. Ugh, I can't stand that show. What a crock.

But my wife LOVES it. "She's not a psychic - she's a medium". WTF is the difference? They're both fake!

I guess I have to send her alone, or maybe her mother will go with her, or maybe some other gullible friend. But not me.

All I can think of now are these two jokes:

1. Did you hear about the midget fortune-teller that broke out of jail? The newspaper headline was "Small Medium At Large".

2. Did you hear about the dwarf that was banging some guy's wife, and the husband came home? The dwarf tried to hide in the freezer but froze to death, while still in an aroused state. The newspaper headling was "Found In Freezer - Frigid Midget With A Rigid Digit".

lol

"Psychic"..."medium"... It's all the same bullshit.

One of the guys on Stern is friendly with this charlatan. This guy has been trying to get her on the show for months.

Howard (like any rational person) thinks psychic powers are a bunch of hooey. Once they said they would consider having her on the show, she insisted on time alone with her would-be subject(s) before going to air. rolleyes

So they told her to go fuck herself. biggrin

P.S. Take your wife to Magic in the Moonlight instead. This movie is all about this kind of nonsense.

Hear, hear!

If you don't want to splurge on TAM, then buy her a copy of Richard Wiseman's Paranormality, or Michael Shermer's Why People Believe Weird Things, or, if you want to go old-school, a copy of Randi's Flim-Flam.

Or just watch some of those great yt clips.

I've never seen the long island medium but I find these people to be incredibly sleezy. No better than "I'll save your soul for $49.95" preachers. They prey on ignorant and desperate people. It's sick.
