Those homophobic groups can be just as deadly. The gay clubs in my area used to be downtown and our downtown area is basically a ghost town at night and on weekends since the majority of it is office buildings. But like clockwork, whenever there would be a concert going on at the coliseum which is also downtown, afterwards, they would drive down to the gay club throwing bottles, running people up telephone poles with their car, shooting at people, etc. I'll never forget one night I was crossing the street at the red light going over to the parking lot and some bitch was sitting in the back seat of some car with a bunch of guys in it and she was asking for a light for her cigarette. I just happened to see the gasoline can on the seat inbetween them and I kept on walking.

I don't run away from anyone until I know them. Then if it turns out they are racist, selfish, or close-minded, then I leave.

Actually, there is one group I would run away from - smokers. Not because I don't like them, but I can't stand smoke. I'd wait until they went inside, then hang out with them in a non-smoking environment.

* Jehovah's Witnesses. Their religious beliefs are WACK, yet they believe that their religion is the BEST religion, and that they need to share it with every Tom, Dick, and Harry that they meet up with. Get the hell out of here with that bullshit!

* Know-it-alls. Unfortunately, I have of few of those in my personal life (close family members). Even if they don't know everything, they act like they do, even when you tell them otherwise. They need to get over themselves.

* People who try to tell me what to do. You're not the boss of me, I'M the boss of me. When I want your advice/opinion, I'll ask for it. Until then, you need to fuck off!
