I'm trying to eat 3000 per day, and it's already hard for me...but 10.000??? don't know how they stay this lean with 10.000 calories.

The polyunsaturated fats though, different story - that shit will kill you. Slow but dead. However the sugar content is insane - an adult recommended intake is about 20 g I'm guessing some of it is in the form of lactose? Anyway, it's the sugars making people sick and fat.
