Dude meets girl on Internet. Dude invites girl on cruise and offers to pay. Gives girl credit card info over net so she can book it and have it paid for, his treat.

They get on boat and girl gives dude cold shoulder and doesn't socialize with him much despite having a shared room. They don't do much on cruise together. Girl is going to spas and gambling and dude is hitting bars and whatnot. They make soft plans to maybe go to a talent show on the boat.but dude isn't into it and doesn't show. Girl goes to bed in room after having been softly stood up.

In the middle of the night, girl is woken up by dude who is now drunk and with a lady friend. She is asked to confirm that she isn't with dude and does so. Dude and lady friend leave to go do 'u know what' elsewhere. Girl in bed goes back to sleep.

Wakes up to fumbling around some time later and recognizes the smell of shit. Figures dude used used the bathroom or farted and rolls over and goes back to sleep. Wakes up later still to find the scent of shit hasn't dissipated but has intensified. She looks around and sees their room is covered in shit. From the floors to the bed to the door...even the knob.

She calls housekeeping and security finds dude passed out in galley. The rest of the time in the boat is acrimoniously spent until it ends the next day.

Several days batter the cruise, dude gets his credit card bill and there's $2500 worth if unknown charges from cruise. Turns out chick had her on deck pass card attached to his credit card and didn't tell him. She had been spa-ing it up and gambling it up in his c/c even b4 the midnight interruption and the shit-storm. He is suing her for the 2500.

She counter sues for 5000 for the emotional distress the shit-storm put her through. She claims the shitty mess was intentional(I'm inclined to believe her) but dude says it was a drunken accident. I don't think she deserves 5k or even a dime...but dude drunkenly made that shit storm on purpose...not on accident...imo.

Dude wins for the 2500...chicks counterclaim for 5k is dismissed.

Dudes don't run around accidentally shitting all over...including the door knob...in drunken stupors...he did that shit on purpose. Cool he got away with it cuz she was a trifling ho who stole 2500 by means of a blackjack habit.

Dude had said he was ashamed of the shitty 'accident'...but not $2500 ashamed and intended to get what was stolen regardless of how shitty the situation was.

Please dude...don't be gullible like that again and give a 'platonic' friend credit card info over the Internet's. And chick...don't charge 2500 in casino and spa charges figuring dude won't notice or have a recourse....even if he did shit all over u.

I love the peoples court. Makes me feel SOOOOOOO much better about myself.

The ruling sounds fine to me, though I hope the cruise line charged dude extra for the cleanup of that room.
