Politicians are very savvy when it comes to building alliances, etc. that help them advance their career. I don't think Clooney is an exception to that. This just reeks of his attempt to make inroads into the political world that perhaps he hasn't previously had before.

I still don't understand why you don't trust mr. Clooney.

He does not seem to be Schwarzenegger or Reagan.

I get the impression that he always has been passionate about politics. He does not need to get into politics in order to feed his ego.

I disagree. I think at some point it becomes routine with these guys. Clooney had these chicks on an 18-month rotation, probably to the day The same can be said about Tom Cruise....and Rock Hudson!

I really don't see what the sexual orientation of George Clooney has to do with this.

If he has had sex with men and women, who really cares about that?


He now has found a great partner, they want to marry each other and team up to make a change in politics.

I find the fact that Angelina Jolie just became a dame, because of her relentless fight for human rights, so much more interesting.



And I'm way more interested in the political ambitions of George Clooney, that knowing about if he has had sex with both women and men, or just men. Hopefully for him, he has experienced around a bit and has had sex with men. Can be very liberating to try out things before you dismiss them.

I always came away with the impression that George would NEVER get married. Why? Because he said so many times in interviews. He seemed to be happy with his pot bellied pig. But some time after that he started serial dating. I speculate that his handlers probably felt it wasn't a good look for their heartthrob leading man to seemingly have no interest in dating, hence the string of incompatible women he's been seen with for the past so many years. This whole marriage thing I don't know how to take. But he definitely seemed content with work work work for a long time. Not that people don't change but...

I know he's been married a long time ago but people get married for various reasons. We can't assume that his first marriage proved anything. I just read somewhere that he's donated $16 million to Obama. I guess those campaign finance reforms came in just in time, LOL.
